Q: HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ONLINE?
A: We highly recommend that our customers create an account on our website as this will allow you to check the info you provide for accurate delivery, such as billing or shipping address, contact person and phone number.

Simply click on Create Account for new customers, or Log In for returning customers, at the top right hand corner of our website. Fill in your particulars as required on the page.

An email will be sent to you to Activate Your Account. Please follow the steps in the email to confirm your account activation.


Q: HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE?
A: Browse through your preferred products and click ADD TO CART for quick shopping.

You can still alter your shopping cart items or their quantity by clicking on Shopping Cart at the top right hand corner of our website. You can also opt to Continue Shopping on your Shopping Cart page.

Once you are satisfied with your items, click Check Out to proceed to the Payment page. Fill in your shipping and billing details, click on the Pos Laju delivery method and review your final payment.


Q: WHAT CURRENCY CAN I BUY IN?
A: The default currency is in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). You have the option to view and buy our products in the currency of your country. Click on the top right hand corner of our website page to change to your preferred currency.


Q: WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
A: Shipping Fee for local orders within Malaysia and international orders (including Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia) are based on total weight.

For international orders, the estimate shipping charges will be shown upon Check Out.

The final shipping charge will be reflected based on weight at the Checkout page.


Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR MY ORDER (APPLIES TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)?
A: Unfortunately MKNY AUTHENTIC is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by MKNY AUTHENTIC. For more accurate information, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so that you are not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.


Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
A: Upon complete checkout and payment method, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us with details of your order within 24 hours.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT AN ORDER ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE?
A: Once payment has been made, we will process your order within 1 working day and will ship it within the next working day.

For local orders within Malaysia, it may take within 1-7 working days for delivery to reach your doorstep.

For international orders, it may take within 7-10 working days for delivery to reach your doorstep. This is subject to customs clearance at the country of destination.


Q: Why are the prices keep changing from time to time?
A: Prices are depending on current sale and currency.

Q: What is the difference between outlet item and boutique item?
A: Easiest example: Outlet = JPO and GPO while boutique = Pavilion and KLCC.


Q: ETA Pre-Order?
A: 3-6 weeks if there's no custom delay.

Q: What do I get with my item purchased?
A: Care card and gift receipt (upon request). Free of charge: COACH boxes for wallet, belt, jewelry, lanyard, wristlet etc.


Q: Do I get paper bag?
A: Yes with additional RM15


Q: Do I get box for handbag?
A: Handbag boxes are available for COACH only additional RM40.


Q: Do I get box for shoes?
A: Yes with additional RM50.


Q: Do I get dust bag?
A: Outlet items come with NO dust bag. We will mention in the product description if its included.


Q: How about warranty?
A: 1 year warranty on hardware only.


Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: We do not entertain any cancellations once an order has been processed.

If you have already made payment and wish to cancel an order, please email us immediately at [email protected] to let us know. We will come up with an appropriate solution for your case.


Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept any returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. MKNY AUTHENTIC deserves the right to stipulate any delivery arrangement or cost made by a customer for products that are returned or exchanged.
